Planning and Approvals

• Provide assistance with respect of the approval process and the procurement of necessary approvals and permits, including local authorities, referral agencies and utility providers.

• Coordinate and collate all documentation required for any Development, Operational Works, Building and Plumbing approvals and any related Permits.

• Investigate and identify any service utilities applications and approvals required.

• Manage and expedite all applications to achieve a timely outcome.

• Provide periodic report and updates as required during this project phase.
